CHICAGO, IL (rejournalonline.com) The knowledge that one investor uses to buy property TODAY at low prices without his cash or bank loans to be revealed for the first time on the air
Oak Brook business owner and successful Real Estate Investor Tony Severino will be hosting a weekly radio show on AM 560 WIND. Tony and his wife Lisa have been buying real estate for over 15 years and are going to be bringing this knowledge and experience to the airways each week Sunday mornings @ 9 am
Tony Severino, and his wife Lisa, have been a steadily growing real estate success story for the last 15 years. They began investing in 1995 and have seen their business triple in the last 3 years - the same 3 years that saw thousands of newbie real estate investors around the country start to cry uncle in the face of plummeting home sale prices and the mortgage industry crash. Tony is now bringing his hard-won expertise to the radio, on AM 560 WIND.
“The best time to buy any asset is when the prices are low, and real estate is no exception. Because of the mortgage industry crash and the dramatic increase in foreclosures, 20% of homes in Cook and DuPage counties are now being sold at foreclosure. And the sale prices of some of these houses are 25-75% less than what the homes were worth even 2 years ago. Tony and his team will take to the airways and share their tools, tips, and techniques that they use to buy property that can produce income for the average everyday person, not just the Trumps and Rockefellers.
In this weekly show, The Real Estate Profit Hour, Tony will show how ANYONE can buy real estate, regardless of their credit, income, or even if they dropped out of high school. Tony, who did drop out of high school, became one of the largest property buyers in the area. Armed with the knowledge that ANYONE can become successful in Real Estate, regardless of their background. Tony will not be holding anything back when he reveals how he buys Real Estate in todays market.
The Real Estate Profit Hour will air each week on AM 560 WIND Sunday mornings @ 9 am, and will also be streamed live over the Internet on www.560Wind.com
