Jul 19, 2010 – Voyager Financial Group has the exclusive distributor rights for a proprietary hospitality REIT offering.

Voyager Financial Group is currently seeking qualified and licensed External REIT wholesalers who can work independently to acquire Broker Dealers and Institutions that will sell an exclusive, private and proprietary unlisted REIT.

Projected Starting Date: Early August 2010

Qualifications

• Must have current Series 7 minimum.

• Must have minimum 2 years of successful experience introducing REITs via networking, cold-calling and established relationships, i.e. institutions and individuals.

• Must work independently.

• Must have a sense urgency, as there is a limited Target amount.

• Must make a goal of a minimum of $1 million per month until Target amount is met.

• Must work in full compliance with all laws - FINRA/SIPC.

• Comp is based upon experience.
